Custom orders & Face Covers are FINAL SALE. No refunds are issued however if there is a flaw or defect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving your product.
Other items such as stickers are returnable / exchangeable. Customer pays return postage.

LOCAL PICK UP
If you're in the Fresno/Clovis area and would like to pick up your order via local meet up, please use the "pick up" option. Please be sure to verify your best contact info so we can arrange a local pick up.
When submitting an order, you are agreeing to our shop's policy: Orders are held for 7 business days then canceled and refunded minus 20% restocking fee.
PROCESSING TIMES POLICY
♦ Once orders are received, production takes approximately 3-7 business days (for made to order items) to complete then they are dropped off at the post office.
♦ If item listing states READY TO SHIP, then order will be shipped out within 1-3 business days.
♦ If item your order includes both made to order and ready to ship items, then your order will default to 3-7 business days processing time before it's dropped off at the post office.
♦ Some items in our shop may offer rush processing at no extra cost. Please refer to specific listing(s) in the details section to verify if the item you're interested in has rush processing.
CUSTOM ORDER POLICY
♦ Custom orders are always welcome! While our standard processing times are normally 3-7 business days, the time it takes to fulfill a custom order may vary on the complexity and quantity needed. Rush orders are subject to a small fee. Please contact us for more information. We'll be happy to help!
♦ A digital mockup will be sent to you within 48 hours via email and you will have up to 48 hours to approve the design. If a response is not given, your approval is defaulted to the most recent mock up sent to you.
♦ Depending on weight of order, we primarily ship items via USPS first class or USPS priority mail but (rarely) some items may ship UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Shipping upgrade speeds may be available at checkout.
♦ Some of your items MAY be broken up into separate packages.
♦ Not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen mail/packages once dropped off at the post office.
♦ Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update once order is shipped.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
♦ Please double-check your item selections before checking out. Cancellation requests can be done within 48 hours from the time order is placed. We do try to fulfill orders within 1-2 days so please contact us immediately for assistance with changes / cancellations.
♦ Digital mock ups are generally used for listing our products. They are created to look realistic but actual finished product look may differ from mock up photo.
